Gregory G. Niblock

Attorney

I was born and raised in a God fearing middle-middle income family in Mabelvale, Arkansas. My Dad worked at a factory and retired from the Marine Corps as a Sergeant Major and my mom worked as a teacher’s aide with the school system. My Mom & Dad made sure I was in Church every Sunday and taught me right from wrong. I got beat when I did wrong, and I thank God Almighty for the discipline my parents gave me.

Hard work was assumed in our family. I cut grass & threw a paper route before I went to work at Casa Bonita Mexican restaurant at age 14. Later, I cut firewood for sale, cut trees, and worked for Kroger through college and part of law school. I was Honorably Discharged from the United States Army. My wife and I married in 1984, we have 3 children. After graduating law school, we started the long hard road of building a Law Practice. There were times when bill collectors called our home demanding payment when we couldn’t pay. Some creditors appeared at our door threatening to turn off our electricity or water. We know what it is like to experience hard times.

By the grace of God Almighty we have been able to build a successful law practice representing real people with real problems. We help people who have been injured at the hands of negligent people, people who have become disabled, or people who are having bill problems. We constantly battle what I call the “Ivory Tower, Tassel Loafer Lawyers” that represent the powerful interests in our society. I see it as God’s plan and purpose for me to help Real People with Real Problems by being their lawyer, fighting for them to repel the evil forces of the powerful interests represented by the legions of Ivory Tower lawyers.

I also see a big part of my Christian mission as helping people show how much they love their family by giving the priceless gift of planning for the possibility of their incapacity and the certainty of their death to minimize family conflict, expensive, public, and prolonged litigation, and provide a smooth transfer of their property ensuring the hard earned inheritance won’t be squandered, taken by creditors, or end up with someone they never intended. And if they have minor children, to save them from the flawed State Protective Services and Foster Care System by appointing temporary and permanent guardians who are responsible and share their values, to care for and raise their minor children.
